How will AI replace telemarketing?

I asked ChatGBT, ‘How will AI replace telemarketing?’ and it gave me lots of automations based around CRM’s, VOIP, data ect which we do to a greater or lesser degree, but re-assuringly ended up with this conclusion;

However, it’s important to note that while AI can automate many aspects of telemarketing, it may not fully replace human telemarketers. Humans are still needed to handle complex situations, make judgement calls, and build personal relationships with customers. AI is more likely to be used as a tool to assist human telemarketers rather than fully replace them.

We have always said; ‘Finding new business needs a human touch’ Glad we got that right then….
